Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Fage 5% Greek yogurt or A2 whole milk yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp SunLab Organic Beetroot Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Incas by Asiya Life Organic Blue Spirulina Powder
  • 1 tsp local raw honey
  • A Few Shakes Watkins dye-free rainbow sprinkles

Method

  1. Step 1: Spoon the yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Step 2: Add the beetroot powder and blue spirulina. Do not mix yet.
  3. Step 3: Swirl gently with a spoon. Full mixing gives you purple. A partial swirl gives you pink and blue marble. Claire prefers the marble.
  4. Step 4: Drizzle honey over the top.
  5. 5: Finish with the sprinkles.

Notes

Raw honey is not safe for children under 12 months. For the marble effect, swirl rather than stir. More beetroot powder gives you deeper pink and purple. More spirulina gives you blue. Every bowl is different and that is the point.
